Wow! Can't believe the change already! People are noticing that I have lost weight. Even people that don't know I am on Weight Watchers. Sometimes I still think of myself as looking the same. It is not until I look at my 'before' photo's and compare them that I can see the difference. Because I have got a long way to go I still don't think that I have lost that much. Once I get past 30 kilo's I will feel I have achieved more. I am still not down to the weight I was before I had Kyle, which was over 7 years ago! Can't wait to get there!!

Carmen, Thanks so much for your lovely comments on my blog. I've really been struggling the last few days and was thinking of having a break for a while. Now after reading your blog I'm fired up again. You've done so well - the photo's are amazing!
I'm really struggling with the whole food allergies thing at the moment. Miss 6 is the same as your little girl and really does my head in at times. I know it's hard for her and it's hard for all of us. I feel like I'm having to accommodate her food and most of it doesn't make good WW food. So I'm finding it really hard to stay on track.
You keep up the great job you are doing - I hope it's alright to put you as a contact on my blog so I can keep coming back to check on your progress, if not let me know. I can really relate to being a private person. I was totally the same and it took me a long time to start my blog. I think you spend so long pretending your not fat, it seems weird to now to be shouting it out!! LOL
